Swim Team Prep is geared toward kids who want to be on a swim team or just love the sport of swimming. Swimmers must be 7 to 12 years old, be able to swim a length of a 25-yard pool and know the swim stroke basics. This is a great program for any swimmer looking to refine their stroke technique and learn in a supportive team environment with other kids.
